Sun Splash Villa, also known as J506, is on the fifth floor with full panoramic ocean views location in center of the "Penthouse" building close to the family pool, spa, fitness center, business center and lobby. This nearly perfect central location is most convenient to access The Shops at Wailea and the Grand Wailea Resort. There is no need to rent a car! Walk to everything, including fine dining, shopping, spas, salons, and all types of recreation and pampering.
Beach Access:
Stroll past the lovely cascading waterfall and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach, as well as to the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you.
Pool:
Yes The Sun Splash Villa is on the ground (5th) floor above the family pool, hot tub spa, Business Center and Fitness Center. A second pool for adults with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa is just a short stroll down slope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. Both pools are heated with relatively shallow design for maximum heat retention.
Outdoor Spa:
There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds outdoors, including one just steps from your private elevator.
Central A/C:
All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.
Security System:
Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

Villa Electronics:
The Great Room is equipped with a DRV HD digital cable box. Each bedroom has a digital cable box. The Great Room also has an HDMI DVD/CD, iPod dock, and central stereo which can be controlled separately in each room throughout the villa.

Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.
Office:
A work area is provided. For your convenience there is a complete array of office supplies stocked as well as an answering machine, and 4-in-1 fax/scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.

There is a den area separated from the Great Room which closes off with a bed for a third sleeping space.

Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

June 11th to September 5th $925 per night
September 5th to December 17th $800 per night, except any reservation that includes Thanksgiving $995 per night.
From Friday, December 17th 2010 until Monday, January 3, 2011 we request a 10 night minimum over Christmas and New Years at $1,850 per night. Extra nights before or after the holiday season are at the published lower fall or winter rates for extra savings!

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%. The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Personal Concierge Service, discount rates for golf green fees at Wailea and Makena golf courses (with notice), self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, unlimited USA domestic long distance phone calls, in-villa safe, tropical bath treats, use of the swimming pools, whirlpool spas and gym/fitness center, pool towel service, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.
Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!
A reservation over Christmas and New Years will include a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service for each 7 nights reserved, that includes a change of bed sheets and towels, wipe out bathrooms, replace supplies, take out trash, dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, and outdoor touch up. Personal laundry and grill cleaning is not performed during this service. We ask that guests leave the washer/dryers available and that the kitchen be in reasonably tidy and sanitary condition at the onset.
Minimum Stay:
There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Deposit:
$1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

A $50 Reservation Service Charge will be collected with the initial payment.

Housekeeping service may be ordered at cost with advance notice. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. There is a pick up and drop off available within the resort for a professional dry cleaning and laundry service.
